            Hi, I'm Claire.

Here you are, taking a brave step towards finding a therapist who can walk alongside you as you explore your experiences, thoughts, and feelings. This is a journey towards understanding yourself more deeply, and I'm here to offer the support you deserve.

​Have you experienced trauma of any kind, either in childhood or adulthood, that has had an impact on your life? If so, how has it influenced the way you live and shaped your relationships? I'm here to offer support and help you navigate what can often be a distressing and challenging experience.

Have you experienced coercive or abusive relationships, whether in intimate, family, or religious settings? If so, you don't have to face it alone. There is support available to help you navigate these difficult experiences.

Do you ever carry a sense of shame or guilt, or feel as though you'll never be good enough? These feelings can be heavy, but you're not alone in experiencing them, and there is space here to explore them if you're ready.

 Are you seeking a safe and affirming space to explore your sexuality, gender or neurodivergence?

Together, we can create a space where you feel supported on your journey of self-exploration. This process can lead to greater self-awareness, confidence, and a reduction in distress, all while being held in a compassionate, non-judgemental environment.
